Nickelback plays Vancouver on October 1

Live Nation has announced that B.C.-based hard-rockers Nickelback will play Rogers Arena on October 1.

The multiplatinium quartet--composed of singer-guitarist Chad Kroeger, guitarist Ryan Peake, bassist Mike Kroeger, and drummer Daniel Adair--wlll showcase tunes from its new album, Feed the Machine, which is scheduled for release on June 9.

Opening acts are Cheap Trick and Shaman's Harvest.

Tickets for the Vancouver show are priced from $25 to $125 (plus service charges and fees), and go on sale next Saturday (February 11) at Live Nation.
