      TUESDAY: Bluebird North features music by Sarah Jane Scouten, Jonas Shandel, Tom Taylor, and host Shari Ulrich at Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre.

      TUESDAY: French electronica DJ-producer Wax Tailor plays the Rickshaw, touring in support of new album By Any Beats Necessary.

      TUESDAY: Canadian rockers the Sam Roberts Band showcase tunes from latest album TerraForm, with guests Hollerado.

      TUESDAY: Los Angeles rock band Cherry Glazerr plays the Cobalt, touring in support of latest album Apocalipstick.

      WEDNESDAY: American hip-hop duo Run the Jewels plays the PNE Forum, with guests the Gaslamp Killer, Gangsta Boo, Nick Hook, and Cuz.

      THURSDAY: L.A. electronica act Tokimonsta plays Fortune Sound Club, with guests CRi and MYNXY.

      THURSDAY: American country singer-songwriter Dierks Bentley plays Rogers Arena, with guests Cole Swindell and Jon Pardi.

      THURSDAY: traditional Scottish music by Elspeth McVeigh and Gabriel Dubreuil at Hycroft Manor.

      THURSDAY: Southern California ska-punk band Reel Big Fish coheadlines the Commodore with Pittsburgh punk-rock group, with guests Ballyhoo! and Pkew Pkew Pkew.

      THURSDAY: the Roedde House Jazz Series presents a blend of jazz and Korean folk songs with Sara Kim's Watermill Project at Roedde House Museum.

      THURSDAY: Vancouver queer-themed musician Matthew Presidente plays a release party for new album Every Single Sin at XY.
