      MONDAY: American pop-punk band Good Charlotte plays the Commodore, with guests Silverstein, Waterparks, and Movements.

      MONDAY: Australian garage-psychedelic band King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard plays the Vogue.

      MONDAY: English indie-pop band Blossoms plays the Fox Cabaret.

      MONDAY: Vancouver country-roots band Petunia & the Vipers plays the WISE Hall, with guests Lola Kirke, Ali Dineen, and Cassandra Jenkins.

      MONDAY: Chicago indie-rock band Whitney plays the Biltmore, touring in support of debut album Light Upon the Lake.

      MONDAY: Bronx rapper A Boogie Wit da Hoodie plays the Rio, with guests Illyminiachi and Acdatyoungneighbour.

      TUESDAY: Shari Ulrich hosts music by the Bombadils and Ben Sures at the Roundhouse Community Centre's Bluebird North.

      TUESDAY: local rock band the Courtneys coheadlines the Cobalt with Bay Area singer-songwriter Jay Som.

      TUESDAY: New York-based electronic/experimental-house artist Nicholas Jaar plays the Vogue Theatre.

      WEDNESDAY: kickoff of the Seasons Electronic Music Festival, which features performances by Excision, Above & Beyond, Galantis, Alan Walker, Metro Boomin, Troyboi, Kungs, Playboi Carti, and Loco Dice at various Vancouver venues.

      WEDNESDAY: California hip-hop musician Ab-Soul plays Fortune Sound Club, touring in support of latest album Do What Thou Wilt.

      THURSDAY: jazz vocalist Sarah Kennedy, bassist Steve Smith, and pianist Chris Gestrin play Roedde House Museum.

      THURSDAY: Florida pop-punk band Mayday Parade plays the Vogue Theatre, with guests Knuckle Puck and Milestones.

      THURSDAY: Vancouver indie band the Judys plays the Fox Cabaret, with guests Cass King & the Next Right Thing and the Slip Ons.

      FRIDAY: American rapper Snoop Dogg performs at Rogers Arena, with guests Cypress Hill, Method Man and Redman, and Berner.

      FRIDAY: Canadian indie-pop singer-songwriter Homeshake plays the Rickshaw, performing tunes from latest album Fresh Air.

      FRIDAY: Los Angeles punk band the Generators plays Pat's Pub & Brewhouse, with guests Knifedogs, Car 87, and No Klasse.

      FRIDAY: the Rogue Folk Club presents Canadian folk duo the Small Glories at St. James Hall, with guest Evie Ladin.
