A Glitch in the Frontier is the latest downloadable content for the shooter Titanfall 2, which turns players into pilots of massive robots.

The update brings a new map, Glitch, as well as a new faction, a new execution move, and the Marked for Death game mode.

Marvel Puzzle Quest gets a Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2-themed event

There is one game that I have played every day for more than two years: the mobile edition of Marvel Puzzle Quest.

I've been a fan of the Puzzle Quest format, which merges role-playing and narrative to the match-three puzzle mechanic, since the first experiment in 2007.

Marvel Puzzle Quest includes superheroes from the Marvel pantheon, and timed with the release of the new Guardians of the Galaxy film is this in-game event.

"I Have a Plan" began on Sunday (April 30) and includes some new characters that players can acquire, including new versions of Peter Quill, Star-Lord, Gamore, and Rocket and Groot.

The story for "I Have a Plan" is written by Alex Irvine, the first of three the comic writer has scripted for the game.

      Releasing this week

Prey, the new game from Arkane Studios (Dishonored and Dishonored 2) puts you in outer space, on the Talos I station, and challenges you to stay alive and save the human race. It releases on May 5 for PS4, Windows, and Xbox One.
