It's a pretty good year for Margaret Atwood, all things considered.

The Bravo/Hulu production of The Handmaid's Tale (based on her book of the same name) is generating rave reviews and the CBC/Netflix production of Alias Grace is slated to generate a similar amount of buzz.

The series, which is set to premiere on CBC on September 25, is based on Atwood's novel about Grace Marks, a 19th-century Irish immigrant to Canada who was convicted and later exonerated of the murder of her employer and his housekeeper.
