On July 8, Here Is Where We Meet takes the stage at the Orpheum Theatre (801 Smithe).

Presented as part of the Indian Summer Festival, the concert will combine classical Indian music and jazz in a performance by Grammy-winning artists L. Subramaniam and Ernie Watts.

American jazz and R&B saxophonist Watts has made more than 500 recordings with artists ranging from Cannonball Adderley and Thelonious Monk to Frank Zappa and the Rolling Stones.
