      Little Mountain Comedy Department Fun(d)raiser

      When and where: June 24 at Little Mountain Gallery at 8 p.m.
      What to expect: For thousands of years, Little Mountain Gallery has housed fantastic, community-based comedy programming in Vancouver, featuring some of the very best local comedians and artists.       What to expect: This multi comedy platform entertainment engages audiences to join in on the comedy show. Disguised as a Rock Paper Scissors tournament, RPC is 6 years running as the funnest thing to do on a Monday in Vancouver.

      When and where: June 19 at XY at 9 p.m.
      What to expect: Canada's only Queer Improv troupe takes to the stage at XY for the late show. QueerProv is one of the only improv shows in town on a monday night and it has been performing in the west end for 11 years. The show this week is hosted by Out TV personality Josh Rimer. It features a cast of Alan Pavlakovic (The Fictionals), Dave Matte, Doug Cameron, Alex Rowan and Michael Sousa.

      What to expect: 1994 was a big year for Vancouver.
