      On July 8, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., the Khatsahlano Street Party takes over a stretch of 4th Avenue, from Burrard to MacDonald.

      This year, Vancouver's largest free arts and music festival returns with concerts by the Zolas, the Courtneys, D.O.A., Louise Burns, War Baby, Roots Roundup, Malcolm Jack, Jody Glenham, the Wooden Horsemen, Twin Bandit, Douse, Peach Pit, Art D'Ecco, Francesca Belcourt, V. Vecker Ensemble, Actors, Johnny Payne, Minimal Violence, the Judys, Dopey's Robe, Frankie Blue J, Unknown Mobility, Tulip, Only Wolf, Daniel Terrence Robertson, Orange Kyte, Kash Honey and Ywn, Prado, the Written Years, Al Hashimoto, Mike and the Sumberland Band, Scum Laude, Did You Die, Joe Passed, Gentle Party, Hazy, Ghost Meat, Devours, Dirty Mike and the Boys, and Jock Tears.

      Other highlights will include a yoga class, fashion shows, fitness classes, cooking demonstrations, the Mill Street Beer Gardens, over 50 food trucks, activities, games, and shopping.

      Kids can get in on the fun with the Khats Kids zone on Trafalgar Street, which will feature performances by kids' entertainers Bobs and Lolo, Rockin' Robin, and Drama Bugs, as well as carnival games provided by Kits House.
