Multiple media reports are confirming that the biggest predator capture of the week—after Luka Magnotta—has been successfully completed.

Operation Get This Motherfucking Snakehead Out of My Motherfucking Pond went down this morning, when the pond was drained and the target was apprehended at approximately 11 a.m. PST by biologists.

No word on when the presumed banquet will take place, but in preparation, here is a recipe for Khmer-style Caramelized Snakehead, courtesy of KhmerKromrecipes.com.

      Ingredients :

      • 1 Tablespoon water
      • 1 Tablespoon of sugar
      • 1 Cup water
      • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
      • ½ Cup sugar
      • ½ Cup fish sauce
      • ½ Teaspoon salt
      • 1 Whole medium snakefish, cleaned and cut steak size
      • ½ Teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
      • 1 Stalk green onion, minced

      Directions :
Make caramelized sauce by placing 1 tablespoon of water and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a pot or skillet big enough to hold all ingredients. Cook and stir frequently until sugar turns dark brown. Immediately pour 1 cup of water over caramelized sauce, stir well.

Add garlic, ½ cup sugar, fish sauce and salt, stir well. Add fish, simmer on low heat, turning fish over during a couple of times so that fish is well-coated with sauce.

Cook until fish is tender and sauce has thickened.

Top with green onion and black pepper.

      Serve hot with rice.
