Canadian actor Paul O'Sullivan killed in car accident

      Canadian actor and comedian Paul O'Sullivan died in a car crash outside Peterborough, Ontario, on May 18. His car hit a flat-bed truck parked on the shoulder of a road. He was 48 years old.

      O'Sullivan was best known for his work with the Second City improv troupe. He appeared on numerous TV shows, including Little Mosque on the Prairie, Murdoch Mysteries, Dan For Mayor, The Red Green Show, Getting Along Famously, and Grossology. He also did vocal work for animated series such as Friends and Heroes and George Shrinks.

      He is survived by his wife, actor Linda Kash (best known for her TV advertisement work as the Philadelphia Cream Cheese angel), and their three daughters. O'Sullivan and Kash founded the Peterborough Academy of Performing Arts together.

      Met Paul and Linda 3 years ago at an improv Valentines performance in Bethany.
      He will be missed by all,who he led to laughter; and in the Memory of that laughter, may the pain and tears of such a sudden loss be lifted from those close to him with the comfort of knowing that he left his TRUE mark with a SMILE that will endure.
