As the checked baggage flies

Ever wanted to stow away on a flight inside a piece of luggage?

Delta Airlines installed some video cameras in a suitcase and put together this slick video, which shows its journey from departure to arrival.

The footage also serves as an ad for the airline's mobile app, which will no doubt have you enraged when it shows that your baggage is waiting for you in Anchorage when you arrive in Phoenix.

I JUST flew with Delta airlines over the holidays, from vancouver to detroit and back again. this was the WORST airline experiance i have had. not only did this airline loose not one, but TWO bags i checked and paid 60.00 to bring, but the service i received once i got to vancouver was less then acceptable. i myself work in customer care and know how some people can "fly" off the handle, as a consumer i try my best to stay calm and pleasant with service reps. However i feel as tho the people working at the delta counter trying to give me their version of help or advise with my bags were trying to make me crack. after being promised i would have my bags delivered by 9:00 pm that night i accepted the 50.00 gift certificate (for the next time i use their shitty airline) and i left. went home. called delta as i received an email stating my bags had made it to vancouver. when i contacted delta AGAIN i had a new gentleman who told me i was misinformed and if i were to receive my bags tonight it would most likely be after midnight. THIS IS 4 DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS 2 bags that have ALL of my clothing, not to mention the hundreds of dollars in gifts, are missing, and the people at Delta airline could not care less. Give me my bags so i can forget i ever took your airline.
