Conservative senator Patrick Brazeau apologizes to Jennifer Ditchburn after sexist insult

The Conservative senator who was punched out earlier this year by Justin Trudeau has been humiliated again.

Patrick Brazeau has apologized for suggesting that Canadian Press reporter Jennifer Ditchburn should change the first letter in her surname to "B".

This came after Ditchburn reported that Brazeau, 37, had the worst attendance record in the Senate.

After some back-and-forth on Twitter, Brazeau tweeted: "I'm a hardworker and take my position seriously but personal issues always comes 1st. Ppl are sometimes in need. Sorry!"

This guy is a douche-jockey. He needs to get his ass kicked, oops too late. Didn't help.

The Twittersphere seems to encourage shoot-from-the-lip postings. Anyone who 'twitters' a lot will slip up.
