Coquitlam getting an Apple Store on August 18

This Saturday (August 18), Apple opens a new retail store at the Coquitlam Centre mall. It will be the 25th Apple Store in Canada.

The opening is just in time for back to school shopping. Apple is offering gift cards with the purchase of Mac computers and iPads.

Apple Stores are an ideal place to get hands-on with the company’s products. Customers can sample the merchandise, and all devices can be reconnected to the Internet for true usability tests.

The Coquitlam location, which employs 79 staff, will provide locals with access to the various unique customer service programs such as the Genius Bar, workshops, one-to-one training.

As usual, the first 1,000 customers at the Coquitlam Apple Store will receive limited edition, commemorative T-shirts.
