Former British MP George Galloway visits Jason Kenney's constituency office

Last night (November 22), former British MP George Galloway spoke to a large audience at St. Andrew's-Wesley United Church at the corner of Burrard and Nelson streets in Vancouver.

Today, Galloway visited Citizenship and Immigration Minister Jason Kenney's constituency office in Calgary.

Kenney tried to keep Galloway out of Canada, arguing that the politician provided financial support to Hamas.

However, Federal Court Justice Richard Mosley ruled that the government was more motivated to keep Galloway out of Canada because of its “antipathy to his political views than with any real concern that he had engaged in terrorism or was a member of a terrorist organization".

Galloway says he wants an apology from Kenney.

Over 5,000 high profile Jews from around the world including Israeli Jews reject 18th century colonial inspired Zionism. They reject the concept of a 'Jewish' state in which 'Jews' are given rights that non-Jews are not.

Do they know something Jason Kenney does not know?

Clearly, yes.

Mr Kenny should be more balanced as a Minister. Mr Galloway stands on the side of justice and I will like to see more Public official do the same. When it comes to Israel they allow it to occupy land which the UN say is illegal, and when the Palestinian fight to reclaim there right they are branded a terrorist. Those who support them are also terrorist. It is time that as Canadian we stand for justice and peace and not hypocracy.
