Free outdoor screening of Ratatouille at Grandview Park

Tomorrow (September 5), the Britannia Community Services Centre presents a free outdoor screening of 2007 animated feature Ratatouille at Grandview Park (1657 Charles).

The family-friendly flick follows the adventures of Remy, a young French rat who arrives in Paris from the countryside to realize his dream of culinary stardom. When he discovers that his idol is dead, he makes an unlikely alliance with the restaurant’s new garbage boy, who harbours food-related aspirations of his own. Of course, complications ensue due to Remy’s family’s disapproval and the rat-hating tendencies of the human world.

Pre-film activities include food vendors, live entertainment, and face-painting.

Admission is free, and while the activities take place shortly before the movie, the film itself will begin at dusk. See here for more info.
