Live Nation has announced that English drummer Jason Bonham will be bringing his Led Zeppelin Experience to the Commodore Ballroom on Wednesday, February 13, 2013.

Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience features Bonham, son of late Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham, on drums, Tony Catania on guitar and theremin, Stephen Leblanc on keyboards/pedal-steel guitars, Dorian Heartsong (in for Michael Devin) on bass, and James Dylan on lead vocals. The band’s live performance of Led Zeppelin’s classics will take concert-goers through a visual and aural journey as backdrops display iconic art and Bonham’s own historical video footage and photos give the show an intimate feel.

Tickets for the show are priced at $57.50, $190 for Me+3 4-Pack tickets, and VIP tickets at $157.50 (including a meet and greet with Bonham and signed drum head) plus service charges and fees. Tickets go on sale this Friday (December 14) at 10 a.m. on the Live Nation website.

Tickets for the show are also available for purchase by phone at 1-855-985-5000, at all Ticketmaster Outlets and Rogers Wireless Box Office.

I saw Jason Bonham as support with ELP in 1996 or so, I've got to like him even more with Black Country Communion, but $57 [plus charges] for a Commodore show is just too much !

Had this gig been BCC on tour with Glenn Hughes, Bonamassa and Sherinian then yeah I would have forked over the cash and why not for the best "new" hard rock band of the 21st Century !
