The Georgia Straight is presenting Ms. Lauryn Hill at the Commodore Ballroom on Tuesday, May 24, with guests Hot 8 Brass Band.
UPDATE: Great news Lauryn Hill fans! Due to overwhelming demand, a second Ms. Lauryn Hill show has been added at the Commodore Ballroom on Wednesday, May 25th. The May 24th show is sold out. Tickets for May 25th are on sale now.
The Grammy-winning MC, vocalist, producer and songwriter has added a Vancouver show to her Moving Target: Extended Intimate Playdate Series, and will be performing original music from her groundbreaking solo album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, as well as classic Fugee numbers and a few covers honoring the music that she was most influenced by.
Tickets for Ms. Lauryn Hill are priced at $79.50 (plus service charges and fees) and go on sale this Friday (April 29) at 10 a.m. at Livenation.
