The Georgia Straight proudly sponsors the Circle Craft Christmas Market

The 39th annual Circle Craft Christmas Market returns to the Vancouver Convention Centre West (1055 Canada Place) Wednesday (November 7) and continues to November 11.

This year’s market features more than 300 artisans from across Canada, including wood turners, glass blowers, sculptors and potters, clothing and jewellery designers, toy makers, and leather and metal works. Attendees can also enjoy food vendors, entertainment provided by local dance and music groups, craft demonstrations, and other activities. Highlights of this year’s market include a fashion show held twice per day featuring local designers, Adhesif Clothing, fiveleft leather, and Chloe Angus; a workshop on creating your very own blown glass Christmas ornament; and a student art exhibition featuring work by highschool students.

The Circle Craft Christmas Market will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. From Wednesday to Friday (November 7 to 9), from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday (November 10), and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday (November 11). Tickets are $10 to $12 at the door and $8 to $10 when purchased online in advance or at the Circle Craft Shop & Gallery (1-1666 Johnston Street, Net Loft, Granville Island).
