The Georgia Straight proudly sponsors Object(ing): The art/design of Tobias Wong

Internationally acclaimed, Vancouver-born artist Tobias Wong, who passed away in 2010 at the age of 35, will be featured in a solo exhibition at the Museum of Vancouver. Object(ing): The art/design of Tobias Wong will feature more than 50 pieces by the conceptual artist, who called New York his home.

Pieces included in the exhibit will include Bulletproof Quilted Duvet, the Ottoman, the “I Want to Change the World” Book, and This is a Lamp. In addition, some works, including Room Partition, Anus, and Chocolate Wood will be reissued for the exhibit.

Object(ing): The art/design of Tobias Wong will open Thursday (September 20) and run until February 24.
