Those are the three options when a gun-toting lunatic shows up at your office.

And remember to turn off that cellphone.

It's all explained in this bizarre video released by the Alabama office of the Department of Homeland Security.

It went on YouTube more than a month before a gunman attacked Sandy Hill elementary in Newtown, Connecticut.
