How much Apple's iPad 2 will cost in Canada

Apple’s iPad 2 goes on sale in Canada on Friday (March 25), and now we know how much the slick new devices will cost north of the 49th.

The Wi-Fi only models are $519 for 16 GB, $619 for 32 GB, and $719 for 64 GB.

The iPad 2 with Wi-Fi and 3G are $649 for 16 GB, $749 for 32 GB, and $849 for 64 GB.

For those planning to line up at one of the Apple retail outlets, the stores won’t be selling the iPad 2 until 5 p.m. local time.

They will be available online at the Apple Store beginning at 1 a.m. Pacific time.

Sheep: With the next iPad about to be launched, I'd like to know what open-source-based device you'd recommend. Nobody's actually made a tablet that can compete with the iPad 2 yet, but I imagine you'd still have an opinion on the matter.
