Jane Fonda admits she can’t do doggy style like she used to due to her fake knee

British photographer Amanda de Cadenet, who is perhaps best known for marrying Duran Duran bassist John Taylor in the 1990s and then Strokes guitarist Nick Valensi in 2006, has a new television show on the Lifetime network called The Conversation with Amanda de Cadenet. The episodes are meant to be very intimate, tell-all sessions with various celebrities, because as de Cadenet says on her website, “Conversation is how we learn, grow and inform ourselves with information to take the next step forward.” Um, right, I suppose that’s why on the first episode she got actors Gwyneth Paltrow, Zoe Saldana, Jane Fonda, and Sarah Silverman to blab about their favourite sex positions?

Avatar star Zoe Saldana, who ended a 10-year relationship before reportedly jumping into the sack with The Hangover actor Bradley Cooper, said, “'I like missionary. I like being on my knees too. I love being on top... I love doggy-style or standing up.”

Meanwhile, Sarah Silverman, who used to date Jimmy Kimmel, admitted to enjoying being “manhandled”.

GOOP creator and general prude Gwyneth Paltrow, who is married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, protested, “I have children and my mother is going to see this show!” (Don’t worry, Gwynnie, I’m pretty sure your ma knows you have sex.) So then she said, “I’m down with all of them.”

Perhaps most interesting, Jane Fonda, who is 74 years young, told de Cadenet, “While I am quite flexible and I can kneel, it's not quite as comfortable for me as it used to be before I had a fake knee.” The Monster-in-Law actor said that she now prefers to be “either lying down or sitting up on a couch with him coming on to me, no pun intended.” Good for you, Jane Fonda!
