Landscapes of 2011: Photos of southwestern B.C.

There's really no better way to spend a weekend than getting the hell out of Vancouver and into the Coast or Cascade mountains.

So, that's what I did on a good many Saturdays and Sundays this year, DSLR camera always in tow.

Soaking in views of peaks and waterfalls is a great way to recharge the batteries after a week of work, even if it takes some hiking to get those vistas.

Here's some of the southwestern British Columbia landscapes that I enjoyed in 2011.
