Canadian indie duo Tegan and Sara toured India for the first time in 2010, playing dates at the Hard Rock Café in Mumbai and New Delhi last November.

Director Elinor Svoboda documented the trip and their experiences. The twin sisters and lesbian icons took along friends and their mother for what they say they anticipated would be a “life experience”.

Also along for the ride was Toronto singer Vivek Shraya, who was their opening act.

The approximately half-hour short film, called “India”, was released along with two other films as part of a live CD/DVD pack called Get Along, released on November 15.

"India" is currently being streamed online for free for your viewing pleasure.
