Alaska earthquake A tsunami warning was cancelled following a 7.5-scale earthquake early this morning off the coast of Alaska. It was centred 335 kilometres south of the capital city of Juneau.

More shooting deaths in Aurora, Colorado  Nearly six months after a mass shooting at a Batman movie, there has been another multiple murder in Aurora, Colorado, with four killed in a hostage-taking incident.
