The Granville 7 is the last cinema operating on the Granville Mall, a several-block stretch that used to be called Theatre Row because of the large number of movie theatres. No longer, I guess.

Off the top of my head... Granville 7, Capitol 6, Vancouver Centre, Caprice, Plaza, Paradise. All gone. Only the venerable Vogue remains, and they only show movies during the Vancouver Interntational Film Festival.
