Outrageous Hit and Run redband trailer designed to offend everyone

Racial sexual hierarchies? Check.

Date rape jokes? Check.

Man-to-man anal sex? Extra big check.

Senior citizen orgies? Of course.

Disability insults? Well, it's not in the trailer but it's probably in the movie.

The redband (meaning R-rated, and therefore NSFW for those that haven't figured that out yet) trailer for Hit and Run (starring Dax Sheppard, Bradley Cooper, and Kristin Bell)—about some guys on the run from the cops or something too incredibly complex and groundbreaking to explain here—was released on Tuesday. It's packed with humour designed to offend everyone, and delight those who think such thoughts but are too afraid to say it (offline, of course).

So every minority group, including white guys, are subjected to equal opportunity crass humour. Diversity! Inclusion! (Or someone's interpretation of that.)

The question isn't so much if it's offensive or not, but is it funny?

Well, there's a cop shown using a Grindr-esque app, who explains that it's not for meeting men for coffee but—gasp and guffaw—to fuck. (What? They're only just figuring that out now?)

Presumably including a gay character was a preemptive move against any accusations of homophobia. But when there's so much content about anal sex that an entire trailer can revolve around it, maybe it's time to just try it out.
