This place does harbour a sense of sadness. But it also has some lovely architectural elements and a beautiful setting - I wish it could be repurposed into a positive space. Also a less dangerous one - I keep waiting to hear of some tourist climbing over the rusty fence at night and falling 15 feet into the empty "moat."
