Apple Inc. was often synonymous in the public mind with its cofounder, Steve Jobs.

But now that Jobs is in the grave, the company is demonstrating that there has been a lot more to Apple's success than one guy with a new gadget hosting a news conference.

With the stock trading in the $613 range and a market value of $572 billion, it's clear that there are many other cooks in the kitchen beyond the current CEO, Tim Cook.

The video below demonstrates that Apple's monumental achievements are integrally linked to its reliance on small teams, its appreciation for diversity, and its ability to infuse its employees with a sense of meaning.
