Revised printing of Dreena Burton's Let Them Eat Vegan! cookbook arrives in May
When I interviewed White Rock’s Dreena Burton last month about her new cookbook, Let Them Eat Vegan!, she mentioned that the first printing contained some errors. Specifically, several of the helpful labels indicating whether recipes are wheat-, gluten-, or soy-free were laid out incorrectly.
At the time, Burton said:
I think anyone who is gluten-free would look at it and see it’s a mistake and know, but it’s not right to have the book out there with that mistake. But the recipes themselves are intact, and everything is good with that. It’s just something that happened with design that went awry.
Now, Burton reports that Da Capo Press has set a release date—May 1—for the revised printing of Let Them Eat Vegan!
On her Eat, Drink & Be Vegan blog, the author wrote:
Any one that currently has a copy of LTEV, if you would like to exchange it for the new printing, you will have that option. You can return it to the place of purchase, as accounts have been made aware and should honor return/replacement requests.
Let Them Eat Vegan! is Burton's fourth and biggest cookbook.
