Springtime for Harper

In another spoof of a Hitler biopic, some clever YouTuber has created a mock "Adolph Harper" video in which the Fuhrer rages against criticisms over arts cuts. It made it onto the CBC.ca's top five YouTube videos of the week.

This, of course, uses the same original video as the clip my colleague Mike Cantelon posted a couple weeks ago, in which Hitler freaks out over poor Twitter service.
