Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel are going to have their own reality show on TLC.
The program Abby and Brittany will debut on August 28.
The 22-year-olds weren't expected to survive, but grew up in a loving family, and attended university in Minnesota. They are two people with two personalities sharing a body below the torso.
The video below shows them at home in their younger days and explains how they have separate brains, but share other organs.

They actually share a body below their necks... each has 1 arm, one leg and share internal organs..
They are unbeleivable! And such an inspiration and testiment that any obstacle can be over come.
Here's hoping this addition to TLC offsets their other not so classy additions like "h
Here Ciomes Honeyy Boo Boo".. are you kidding me??? I wonder if THIS family will grow out of their redneckisms when they are hauling in the $$$$ from this adventure.. I think nothing could be more dangerous than a wealthy redneck..
Oh right.. they aren't rednecks.. they still have all their teeth...<sigh>
how soon is now

Imagine if you were dating Abby but hated Brittany. Dates might get a little awkward.

hummm.... will they both marry the same guy? Will he be a bigamist? Do they get 2 husbands?
I can't even fathom THOSE complicated relationships..

Not very much different than circus "freak shows" in times gone by.
The sad thing is that "we" haven't moved beyond the titillation provided by staring at people with physical deformities.
These people are not "freaks" - they're human beings - but they are going through their own personal hell, and should be left alone to deal with it as best they can.
Disgusting commercialism.

@ Striaght Up: Yes, they signed up for it. Hard not to, when your income prospects (as a two-headed person) are somewhat limited.
They're selling themselves because they have few, if any, other choices.
Do you take the same position with respect to those who turn to prostitution? "They signed up for it"? "They have choices"?
Nonsense.
