Vancouver police chief Jim Chu got paid $314,041 in 2011

In 2011, Vancouver police chief Jim Chu received a salary of $314,041.89 plus $13,284.77 for expenses.

That's not a bad paycheque for the year of the riot.

It's slightly more than the cop boss took home in 2010, the year of the Olympics, when he made $311,562.14 plus $6,849.13 for expenses.

The Vancouver Police Department put out today (April 26) a list of employee pay over $75,000 for 2011.
