One of his tips: Tofutti's garlic and herb Better Than Cream Cheese rocks in sushi.

I can't resist a guy who can cook ...and vegan is bonus (although I can tell from the black metal chef's technique that he is not classically trained...)

I wonder if he is single? hmm...
