Vegan takeout shop Everybody Loves Veggies closes at Vancouver’s City Square

For years, Everybody Loves Veggies beckoned diners looking for a healthy and homemade-style bite to eat at Vancouver’s City Square food court.

Alas, the vegan takeout shop is no more. Owners Ingrid Kosco-Duplinska and Rastislav Kolesar shut it down last month.

According to a post on the Vancouver Meatless Meetup message board, Everybody Loves Veggies’ last day in business was August 3.

Healthy and tasty mall food just got a little harder to find.

Perhaps a loss; however, that sandwich looks horrible.

I'm sad to hear they have shut down, but I guess it's a sign of the times and Whole Foods (deli) a few blocks down the road ..competition.

I wish the Ingrid and Rastislav the best of endeavors.
