The Comic-Con extended trailer of AMC’s highly anticipated new zombie drama The Walking Dead has been released online.
The Walking Dead was originally a graphic novel created by Robert Kirkman (who also serves as an executive producer on the show) and Tony Moore. It's being adapted and brought to the small screen as a six-part series by writer, director, and producer Frank Darabont (Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile) and executive producer Gale Anne Hurd (The Terminator, Aliens, The Incredible Hulk).The story follows a group of survivors of a zombie apocalypse, led by police officer Rick Grimes (played by Andrew Lincoln), in search of a safe refuge.
The first episode will air on the AMC network on Sunday October 31.
If this doesn’t get you salivating like a zombie for a Harvard grad's brains, I don’t know what will.
