Wall Soundscape No. 1 to bring Fountain Square to life

On November 1 at 1 p.m., the Peter Wall Institute for Advanced Studies will host a live arts presentation at Fountain Square outside the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre (1088 Burrard Street).

Dancers from Ballet British Columbia under the direction of artistic director Emily Molnar and musicians organized by Wall Composer in Residence Alfredo Santa Ana will perform a free, outdoor experimental piece. Entitled Wall Soundscape No. 1, the work will incorporate both the acoustical and spatial properties of the public space, challenging the way audiences interact with performing arts.
