I know we both have things we havent said to each other because we're scared of the judgement or even feelings that may surface but I just miss you. I know I shouldnt because you made the choice to leave me hanging (more than once) and I should hate you but i just miss you.

Your person is probably thinking the exact same thing. I've been there. You should probably not waste any more time and contact them. Trust me.
