Confused

This man in my apartment building continues to bring prostitute-like women to his apartment. They wear high heels and short skirts and leave early in the morning after no doubt engaging in sexual behavior. There are a lot of children in this building and I think its bad for them to be in close proximity to this type of unsavory behavior because their brains are still developing. I am a fair bit older than he is and understand that times have changed with the internet and cell phones but I still think he should just date one girl at a time and then pick one to marry and then have children with. I think he must have experienced some type of childhood trauma which would explain this behavior. I am unsure what to do to help him with his mental disorder.

You are bang on. We need to stop this guy from having sex with prostitutes. I suggest you pull out your old vag out of retirement and tee it up for him. That way, you keep it in the building and all those young developing minds won't be the wiser to it. But, make sure to bring one of those bright orange gag balls to put in your mouth so the neighbors don't hear your cries of pleasure.

In the Netherlands handicapped persons have access to subsidized visits with approved sex trade worker because that nation understands that sexual health is important. Clearly while you are obsession over someone else's you are neglecting your own.

These women may or may not be sex trade workers. Either way if they are leaving healthy and of their own volition what the hell business is it of yours?

I would be more concerned over a creepy neighbour who needs to get out and quit spying on people.

'Date one at a time and pick on to marry and have children with'? Wow... where to even begin? Women are not socks to be picked. Not all are wanting marriage and or children. If this man is not ready for those things better he lives his life according to what works for him than to join the ranks of the married with children. Where do you think the majority of customers for the sex trade industry come from?

Yes I'm sure the children would notice such a thing with them being children and all. I remember in my pre-teens all we did was sit around and wonder what the neighbors' sexual habits were. Yep those were the days ;)
