I had no idea other people felt the same as I do during those awful summer days. I often feel isolated, lazy, restless, and almost like everyone else is out having adventures and taking advantage of the warm weather to do someth great. I always wonder why I cant enjoy summer like most other people do and it bums me out.
Every year I wait for the heat to come and the misery to set in, though I try to tell myself it'll be different this year- it won't be. So I think about the cold, dark, perfect fall or winter nights anf try to hang in there because really, the summer is just one of those necessary evils. And it's shitty.

You guys. I sort of used to feel that way bcuz I felt like everyone was out there having a great time boating or camping it something. But do you know what helped me? Exercise. Yes just plain old exercise. It lifted my mood and made me want to go out there and find fun too. I know you mentioned that you are very busy with work, but try to get slip some form if exercise in your every day. I can promise you that it will life your mood and your opinion of summer will change. Please just try it okay? You have nothing to lose.... Good luck guys.
