Shouldn't it be up to your boss or company policy to decide what is appropriate and what isn't? and if you personally have a problem with what somebody else is wearing, either talk to your supervisor about it, or find another job (which you will probably have to do anyway after posting a picture of your co-worker on facebook). and obviously, the reason you did it is because you are either envious you cannot wear such a skirt yourself, or you are ashamed of your fantasies involving the above mentioned girl and skirt.

I'm thinking she's probably pretty and has a good body. I'm also guessing that you are neither of those things.

I would have to agree with the comments posted above, let your manager or supervisor make these decisions. I wish we had women that dressed inappropriately where I work. Dressing inappropriately for work is the best.

You are right to feel bad, and you are indeed judging her. What is good is that
you recognize your mistake. What is important is what you decide to do next?
I would come clean and tell her what you did. Additionally, I would tell her how badly you feel, and most important of all...I would sincerely apologize.
You can't control how she will react, but think of this situation as test of your character. Will you pass, or will you fail?

I for one sympathize with the OP. I bet all the "men" here saying it's cool would have a different attitude if it was a fat man in short shorts. If you work in an office and deal with customers it's part.of your job to look like a professional. Good for you for posting anonymously. I would have been more direct. Ex. "Whose birthday is it? The stripper is here! ", or "I lost my pen, is it possible it got sucked into your vagina? "
