Basically, what you are saying is that you're working there to gain the experience and make your resume look good.

That's all it's going to be. Find another position at another company that has a better working environment and work your way up from there. If you want to change the existing state of affairs at that fortune 500 company, good luck. You will need to go straight to the top and you need allies because you're going to make a lot of enemies.

You are describing a typical high stress, high performance environment (Fortune 500 companies, Ivy League colleges, etc.). If you want to survive, you need to find a way to manage stress. Hi impact athletic activity, massage and acupuncture, frequent short-time travel, therapy - these are all means to pull through such environment. Yes, these activities are not cheap, but it is exactly how you survive.

you sound like non technical business or marketing type major probably from good school but a business major nonetheless. which is exactly reason why people who cannot make it in science go to business majors for exactly the higher probability of nonsense your dealing with. sorry your parents did not give you the memo.

It won't change- you will be ruined if you try to take them on- this sounds like a top down problem- also worth considering is you are dealing with either a mob infiltrated company or a Freemason controlled one- shake either one's tree and you WILL lose- all the way around in every way possible.

Trust me- pick your battles. This place of work will have to "crash and burn"- there will be no support for you from the system AT ALL. Justice and right and wrong are dead in Canada- it's jungle survival only.

Sounds like a place I know of in Seattle that my buddy works at. The place is a complete zoo. Life is too short to spend your time at that sort of mess.
