My landlord has two cats and is very animal friendly- thing is her cats are both outside hunters- a couple of weeks ago- they brought in a severely wounded baby rabbit-she called rabbit rescue- they said it would have to be put down- no hope-its shoulder was destroyed but she tried to nurse it until the wounds developed maggots- when she realized (finally) that it was hopeless (this was when i discovered it- she had the rabbit partially immersed in a tub of water in the kitchen trying to get the maggots to drop off) I told her; there's no hope- the best thing you can do is put it out of its misery- she wouldn't let rabbit rescue do it- so I said look- use a meat cleaver- chop its head off- or break its neck- you can't let it suffer. She thought THAT was too gruesome (it is awful- but kinder than what she was doing) She was too squeamish about it- so she drowned it instead. Idiot.

Toxoplasmosis. You probably dropped out of high school, that's how much you know about anything biological (or using Google, for that matter). I'd write more, but almost every time I type out a thoughtfully-crafted response to a post, the entire post gets deleted so I might as well be talking to myself.
