People like the one you describe make me sick. I foresee an epic, bloody fight between your coworker's boyfriend and those two men in the office at the next company Christmas party. I suspect that a baseball bat, broken cheek bones, a broken nose, a collapsed lung and lots and lots of blood will be involved.
