Wishing

I wished I had a job. I got laid off. Broke and sad here. No sex life since my wife left me. People are so selfish and mean. Why Vancouver? People are so self centred. It is all about me and money. Sad.

It certainly cant be worse than Vancouver.

I hear you

Sounds like a tough spot to be in... people CAN be selfish and mean. But that just tells me you associate with crappy people... like @b above.

This may be a good opportunity to weed out your crappy friends and associates. The ones worth keeping are the ones who have compassion and resilience with your situation. See it as a positive thing. Things will improve.

You all think you live perfect lives? Lol i doubt that. Give him a break, it sucks having no job, no gf/bf and being miserable. Some of you should be ashamed, seriously.

Start looking for anything related to your field, update your resume on monster daily. Start to go out and just be social with the ladies, who knows? Maybe one will start to date you and then you'll get your shit together by the time you 2 get serious. So many opportunities out there, but i do feel for you as it sucks when you're down. I hope things change, good luck!

@I hear you: and what advice are you giving? Telling him to isolate himself even more? lol #brilliant. My feedback may be blunt, but its still an encouragement for him to look within and rely on SELF.

I look forward to reading additional comments from you talking shit about people u don't know lol

@b... "Judging people while looking at a computer screen isn't one of your best skills huh?"

You mean like judging the OP for not being 'a man'? Presumably while looking at your screen?

@girlgirl apparently the basic skill of "reading" doesn't apply to you when you're "presumably" looking at your screen either. READ THE COMMENT before looking like an amateur (too late) lol I never said he wasn't a man, and last I checked, I'm the only one who actually admits that I've been where he is (AND THAT SHIT IS HARD). So go on hating on me and my forthright comments rather than offering buddy any useful advice lol
