I only have one real regret in life.
I was asked, in a very tender moment, if I wanted to try to have a kid, and all I really would have had to do to say yes is lay there a while longer. I think I made the responsible decision, but I know I won't get another chance like that.

Sweet, but try spending some time with an actual baby first. When I was at a party fairly recently with all mommies, they all commented that they hadn't actually spent time with babies before they had them. Some of them admitted, they might have changed their minds had they known the reality. Food for thought.
