Abortion Is Wrong

In my opinion abortion is wrong. I hate how people think I am small minded or a redneck for my views. I can't stop people from doing what they are doing but in my opinion its wrong. I am an educated man and I think abortion is wrong in all cases.

There's a complex and compelling argument. Allow me to counter: No, it's not.

You're an educated man! Let's STOP THE PLANET and have a listen to what this "educated man" has to say about women and their bodies! If you're a white man, we may as well forget everything we know, think, believe, and feel, because you've got the conch permanently and whatever it is you have to say, it is fraught with the utmost importance and priority!

Gloria Steinmen once said, "If men could get pregnant, abortion would be a sacrament." Please STFO and quit meddling with shit you know absolutely nothing about and never will.

Even educated people can be redneck. Education doesn't meant you can't be small-minded.

FYI - no one is stopping you from thinking that way, but no one is stopping you from having an abortion. Oh wait, you can't. So mind your own fucking business.

Adoption

In that case please go out and find an unwanted pregnancy and adopt it. If the child should have problems stemming from the mother taking drugs or alcohol I'm sure you can handle it. I mean you seem to care so much about the child before it's born, so it would stand to reason that you would want to take all these children in, or at least work to accomplish it.

With all these down votes...

Just shows being educated doesn't matter in this aspect. It's an option that's right for some people, so don't judge Mr. Education.

Gotta love zealots.

Nothing situational in this dude's world. "Educated", indeed. Lack of: perspective, wisdom, sensitivity, good judgement, capacity for nuance, social responsibility, ability to consider possible consequences...SO many things this education failed to provide.

An educated person's judgement is not necessarily better, it's just more sure of itself. Like being wrong, but with great authority and no trace of doubt.

I call this the "delusion of expertise".

While it is undoubtedly true that not everyone is entitled to make their opinion count (vote) on every issue, all ARE entitled to hold and express an opinion - on ANY issue.

And no one gets to tell anyone to "stfu" because they happen to belong to a particular demographic. Unless, you know, you're into fascism. In which case, have at it.

You certainly have the right to an opinion. And women have the right to an abortion - in all cases.

@BabyJesus

STFU is also an opinion. Ironic, no?
