Doubt you're the only person to have that cross their mind.

Actually it has nothing to do with money. I couldn't care less about that.

If the clerk at 7/11 made 100,000 he would be hot too.
Money makes normal people seem attractive, it's a normal feeling if you're shallow. The dating scene in Vancouver says otherwise to your comment about money because numbers don't lie but people here certainly do.

I love how bitter men on here assume the ONLY thing women can possibly be attracted to is money. Newsflash: just like men, women are attracted to physical characteristics, personality type, values, etc. As a female who doesn't give a crap about money because I make my own, the reason I'd probably find a doctor more attractive than a 7-11 clerk is because of personality, ambition, and values, not the amount of money they make. A doctor is obviously an intelligent, goal-driven, ambitious person who cares about helping people become healthy - what's wrong with finding that attractive? But of course, I know the replies will be "just keep telling yourself that - you're really after his money" Thanks for the generalizations. Maybe I should throw out there that "men only want women for sex" since that's pretty much the equivalent of shallowness and we seem to only be mature enough to work off generalizations in this forum.
And..

And there's lots of guys out there that are this, yet can't find careers and work in lower jobs.
Once they get past telling her " well I have a degree in architecture/law/engineeering/programming/etc but I'm landscaping right now" - she suddenly checks the time and realizes she's late to go meet her friends.
