that I wish the BIG ONE earthquake would just happen already, and that we'd all be fine, except Christy Clark would be the first and only one to die. And all her creepy dealings with oil and LNG and pipelines shit would expire.

Wishing for an earthquake in a city. Full of tall buildings. Just to kill one person whom you probably don't know very well, if at all. Whose death will not change long-term contracts signed by a government of which she is merely a figurehead.
Brilliant.
The colossal damage, regardless of the loss of just one life, would be like nothing recorded in history. Perhaps some research is in order...
