exactly, its your/our city, our home. take care of it. all the garbage thrown on the grown adds up., even though there are people who go around and clean up the garbages, im sure theres so much they miss.

Totally agree! One a friend was driving out of a park and someone in the preceding vehicle tossed a whole bucket of KFC refuse out of her window. Friend quickly scooped up said bucket, followed the tosser until they were both stopped at a red light and managed to throw it all right back in her window onto her lap. I have been waiting for years to be able to do the same; maybe you will get a chance to do this too? Don't just hate: retaliate!
